I have been appraising in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties for well over 30 years. I possess a wide viewpoint of our locale with experience from vacant land to the most complex estates, ranches and small income property. I’ve been immersed in Real Estate with a primary focus on Appraisals, but have also spent time in property management, sales, and development.

I am also available as an expert witness in the event of litigation. This work requires an open mind, a willingness to ask questions, to chase down and interpret data, and the ability to communicate one’s opinion.

We stay up to date with any changes in Compliance, and continually monitor federal and state laws and regulations, as well as USPAP, FANNIE MAE and FREDDIE MAC guidelines regarding appraiser independence. Our administrative process and communication systems are designed to ensure the appraisals are done in compliance with all appraiser independence rules and regulations.
